Welcome to the Merchant Page for the "Known World Academy of Rapier and Known World Armored Combat Collegium. To be held on September 1-2, 2018 at the Mandt Center, 400 Mandt Parkway, Stoughton, WI.
My name is Gerald Loosehelm. (facebook: https://www.facebook.com/gerald.loosehelm) I am the merchant Liaison for this event. I will be checking in all during the event to help you have a good time and facilitate your sales. My job is to make sure you have a successful event. I will be wearing an identifying baldric at the event with "Merchant Liaison" on it so I will be easy to locate if you need me.
This will be a great interkingdom event and we hope to have some great merchants to add to the event. But the space is very limited. There are only 11 spaces left available and they are very small.
For that reason, all merchants will have to apply for the event. Deadline for applications must be postmarked no later than July 27, 2018. The remaining spots are first come, first serve. So do not delay in applying.
Let me repeat this as it is very important. "ALL MERCHANTS WILL HAVE TO APPLY FOR THIS EVENT". No exceptions. Do not plan on showing up at the event and getting a space to merchant.
If you would like a spot to sell at this event, you need to send an email to the merchant Liaison with the following information:
-
Company name
-
Your name (legal)
-
Your name (SCA)
-
Email
-
address
-
the type of merchandise you sell.
The email of contact for this will be jerry@jewelrydeconstructed.com.
Each space is against the wall and will be 8 feet deep and 10 feet wide. Each comes with one 8 foot by 30 inch table. Most spaces will NOT have an outlet. Please plan accordingly.
With your email you will be sent a link to a Wisconsin S-240 form. You will need to fill this out and either bring it with you to the event or send it to the Merchant Liaison If you fail to do this, you will not be allowed to set up. No exceptions.
Let me repeat that. NO EXCEPTIONS. Don't even ask.
If you have questions, please feel free to send them to me at jerry@jewelrydeconstructed.com.
