Since we can't hold practices in person, now feels like a good time for us to discuss what we want to see in our community when we meet in person again.   What sort of leaders do we feel we need, what sort of leadership can people offer at every level?  What sort of skill-building is needed on the interpersonal side, rather than solely skill on the field? Please think about the topic a little bit before coming to the session, so you're a bit prepared.  This is a session for fighters of all skill levels.
