Where to be and how to get there by Duke Lars Wolfsblut
Position wins fights before a single blow is thrown. This class breaks down the fundamentals of footwork and spatial control — how to find the advantageous position, how to move there efficiently, and how to deny your opponent the same. Applicable to any weapon style and any experience level.

No Safe Answer by Duke Lars Wolfsblut
In chess, a fork forces your opponent into an impossible choice. One move, two threats, no good answer. This class brings that same principle into the armored list. You will learn to construct attacks with layered threats that make every defensive choice wrong, varying angles, intention, and position to read your opponent's answer and punish whichever one they give you.

Organized Violence by Duke Lars Wolfsblut
Melee combat is not a collection of individual fights happening in the same place at the same time. It is a system, and systems can be understood, planned for, and exploited. This class covers the core concepts of SCA heavy melee from unit structure and formation to charging, flanking, counter-flanking, battlefield awareness, and what to do when the numbers are not in your favor. We will work through real tactical scenarios and discuss how to read an enemy formation before the fight starts, identify and attack weakness, protect your own vulnerabilities, and make sound decisions when everything is moving at once. Whether you are stepping into your first melee or looking to sharpen your command instincts, you will leave with a clearer picture of how battles are actually won and lost before the first blow lands.
